Key Skillsets :
Strong fundamentals in chemistry, with a comprehensive understanding of materials science and device physics relevant to OLED displays
Demonstrated domain expertise in OLED materials, device physics, and evaporation processes,
Ability to support and manage technical programs involving internal teams and external partners like universities and material Suppliers
Working knowledge of materials synthesis, processing, and behavior across development and testing stages
Hands‑on experience (or) strong working knowledge of material characterization techniques including DSC, TGA, NMR, ATR-IR, GC and Melting point analysis etc.
Solid understanding of OLED device testing and performance evaluation
Ability to analyze experimental data and correlate material properties with processing conditions and performance trends
Capability to track technical progress, facilitate technical discussions and provide structured updates to management
Ability to drive alignment, facilitate decisions and support timely execution across stakeholders
Job Specific Knowledge :
Practical understanding of material synthesis, sublimation, and processing workflows
Familiarity with laboratory‑scale and production‑relevant material characterization and test setups
Understanding of performance metrics used to evaluate advanced materials at device or system level
Knowledge of technical program execution fundamentals, including milestone planning, timeline tracking, and risk identification
Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as engineering, research, sourcing, quality, and external collaborators
Support initiatives to identify, evaluate and engage suitable external development or synthesis partners

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving capability
Ability to outline technical issues, propose hypotheses, and support data‑driven solutions
Effective technical communication, including the ability to summarize complex topics into clear management‑level updates

Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry or Material Science or similar qualification
5 years of Working experience on Material synthesis and OLED devices
Willing to travel up to 10% and work 5 days in office
