Primary Responsibilities:
Data Architecture and Engineering
Design and optimize database architecture, data models, and schemas
Implement and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for large-scale data processing
Platform and Cloud Solutions
Develop and manage data solutions on PaaS and cloud ecosystems
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of data platforms
Data Quality and Compliance
Perform needs assessments and enforce strict data quality standards
Support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Development and Deployment
Build and deploy optimized solutions using Big Data technologies
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver AI/ML-driven solutions
Collaboration and Leadership
Lead projects independently, manage technical deliveries, and mentor junior engineers
Drive knowledge-sharing sessions and capability development within the team
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with software/hardware vendors for architectural impact
Work closely with enterprise teams for requirement gathering and solution design

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and big data platforms
Technical Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and PaaS solutions
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and ML Ops workflows
Expertise in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data warehousing
Solid proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java
Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, Big Data frameworks, and cloud technologies
Familiarity with data warehousing, storage engineering, and analytics platforms
Data Management
Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and metadata management
Demonstrated ability to implement data security, governance, and compliance standards
Proven skilled in building and automating data pipelines for batch and real-time processing
