What is the job about?
Responsible for the CBS Business in state of Tamil Nadu based out of Chennai
Main responsibilities:
- • Managing Key CBS Account in the assigned territory]-20% [Monitoring ,Supporting & reviewing Channel Partners CBS Business ]-20% (Effective Usage of CRM-20%Maintaining the required Profitability in the business]-20% Competitor Information, Market Intelligence -20%• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging RPA, AI, and chatbot technologies to automate routine tasks and enhance decision-making.• Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for problem solving obtaining results.• Track performance of manufacturing processes and benchmark against best in class of others in the Industry.• Stay up with of industry trends and best practices in master planning and supply chain management.
Your Background:
B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Electrical or Diploma with 3-4 years of experience minimum.
Preferably with experience in selling utility equipment.
Sales Experience in VFD, HVAC or Chiller System required
