Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
What will you do:
In this role you will:
Gather and evaluate project data from several sources to develop viewpoints and recommendations.
Develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards for monitoring project progress, milestones, and key performance metrics.
Interact with project managers and stakeholders to identify data requirements and validity.
Analyze project progress and accomplishments to identify patterns, dangers, and areas for improvement.
Assist the PMO in creating and implementing project management policies and standards of excellence.
Assist with project progress updates, management summaries, and presentations.
Improve decision-making by providing independent evaluations and data-driven insights.
Maintain data integrity and consistency throughout all project management tools and platforms.
Participate in PMO meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong collaboration skills required with global stakeholder management experience
Experience in new product development process and have compelling communication to pull the data from Engineering/Procurement/Quality/Materials department to understand the status of Bill of materials and parts status in NPD programs.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization software.
Database management requires knowledge of database concepts, data modeling, and query languages such as SQL.
Understanding of programming languages such as Python, or VBA.
Knowledge of statistical ideas, data mining methods, and machine learning algorithms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
Experience working in a diversified industrial company/organization in the areas of Procurement, New Product Development, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Finance and/or Operations.
Experience in supplier development, materials management, and/or supplier quality a plus.
Microsoft office expertise or similar systems needed. Oracle experience in a global environment is beneficial Track record of coaching or mentoring teams; leadership and inclusion mindset with a passion for process improvement and innovative problem solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to present technical concepts and results clearly and concisely.
