Your role and responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in Oracle Cloud Data Conversion, you will play a crucial role in consulting for data migration and ensuring seamless data transformation. You will collaborate with the Source and Target teams to drive solution delivery and ensure data integrity. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Consult for Data Migration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data migration requirements, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions to ensure smooth data transition. • Finalize Data Mapping: Work closely with the Source and Target teams to finalize the mapping of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. • Perform Data Transformation and Enrichment: Apply data transformation and enrichment techniques to ensure data quality and relevance, meeting the requirements of the target system. • Develop Data Reconciliation Reports: Design and develop reports to track data discrepancies, identify areas for improvement, and ensure data accuracy throughout the migration process.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Data Migration Consulting: Experience with data migration consulting, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective solutions. • Data Mapping and Integration: Experience with data mapping and integration, working with source and target teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. • Data Transformation and Enrichment: Experience with data transformation and enrichment techniques, applying them to ensure data quality and relevance. • Data Reconciliation Reporting: Experience with designing and developing reports to track data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. • Oracle Cloud Data Conversion: Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion, including data migration, transformation, and enrichment in cloud-based environments.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Data Warehousing Knowledge: Exposure to data warehousing concepts and architecture, including data modeling and ETL processes, can be beneficial in this role. • Cloud-Based Data Integration: Familiarity with cloud-based data integration tools and technologies can be advantageous in performing data transformation and enrichment tasks. • SQL and PL/SQL Skills: Experience working with SQL and PL/SQL can be helpful in designing and developing data reconciliation reports.
