Your role and responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in Open Source, you will develop, support, and maintain applications using open source development platforms. You will utilize your expertise in open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop and Maintain Applications: Develop, support, and maintain applications using open source development platforms such as C, C++, Perl, Python, Node JS, and Django, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client needs. • Analyze and Resolve Issues: Utilize expertise in open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to clients. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to clients on open source platform implementation, customization, and integration, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal usage. • Implement Solutions: Implement solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in open source technologies to deliver high-quality results.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Open Source Development Expertise: Exposure to developing, supporting, and maintaining applications using open source development platforms such as C, C++, Perl, Python, Node JS, and Django. • Issue Analysis and Resolution: Experience working with open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, providing timely and effective solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, providing technical guidance and support. • Technical Guidance and Support: Experience working with clients to provide technical guidance and support on open source platform implementation, customization, and integration. • Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in open source technologies to deliver high-quality results.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Open Source Frameworks Knowledge: Exposure to various open source development frameworks, including C, C++, Perl, Python, Node JS, and Django, to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. • Advanced Issue Resolution: Experience with complex issue analysis and resolution using open source technologies to provide timely and effective solutions. • Cross-Platform Integration: Exposure to integrating multiple open source platforms to design and implement comprehensive solutions.
