Your role and responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions that meet business requirements. You will leverage your expertise in content management systems and digital experience platforms to enhance user experiences and drive successful digital transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Design and Develop Solutions: Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions like Sites, DAM, Forms, Guides, and Frankin/Edge that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and high performance standards.
Conduct Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical specifications.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs, utilizing expertise in AEM's technical architecture, configuration, integration, and customization.
Implement Technical Specifications: Implement technical specifications using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and HTML, ensuring that solutions are scalable and maintain high performance standards.
Enhance User Experiences: Utilize expertise in content management systems and digital experience platforms to enhance user experiences and drive successful digital transformation initiatives.
Required technical and professional expertise
Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Experience working with AEM's capabilities, including building and managing websites, mobile applications, digital forms, and user interfaces (UIs).
Programming Languages: Exposure to programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and HTML, with the ability to implement technical specifications.
AEM Technical Architecture: Experience working with AEM's technical architecture, configuration, integration, and customization to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
Content Management Systems: Exposure to content management systems and digital experience platforms, with the ability to enhance user experiences and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Unit and Integration Testing: Experience conducting unit and integration testing, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical specifications.
Preferred technical and professional experience
AEM Customization Expertise: Exposure to customizing AEM's technical architecture, configuration, and integration to deliver tailored solutions.
Advanced Java Knowledge: Experience working with Java programming language to implement complex technical specifications and ensure high-performance standards.
Digital Experience Platforms: Exposure to digital experience platforms, with the ability to enhance user experiences and drive successful digital transformation initiatives.
