Analyst - Strategy Execution & Analytics
Job Summary
Support execution of strategic initiatives across ATS businesses
Provide data-driven insights and performance reporting to support leadership decisions
Work closely with global strategy, BU finance, and regional teams
Qualifications
Experience :
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, or consulting roles
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with financial data (Revenue, EBIT, KPIs)
Good Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Exposure to manufacturing, automation, or industrial businesses is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain performance dashboards (Revenue, EBIT, Orders, Cash, KPIs)
Validate and reconcile financial and operational data from multiple sources
Prepare management-ready charts, reports, and presentations
Support analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitors
Assist in creating periodic strategy updates and industry digests (automation, robotics, AI)
Track progress of key strategic initiatives and maintain status reports
Support bottom-up strategy planning process and timelines
Use analytics and AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation
