Your role and responsibilities

We are building a small, elite AI strike team embedded in the Marketing, Communications, and CSR (MCC) Strategy & Operations team. The mission is to move fast, explore what’s possible with agentic and conversational AI, and prove value quickly—before anything is scaled or productionized elsewhere.

This team operates as a rapid-action unit focused on experimentation, learning, and proof-of-value rather than long-term platforms or production systems.

In this role, you are a hands-on builder on that squad. You design and prototype AI agents, copilots, and workflows that turn loosely defined ideas into tangible demonstrations that inform clear go / no-go decisions.

THIS ROLE IS

• A hands-on builder on a small, elite AI delivery team

• Focused on agentic AI, copilots, and workflow experimentation

• Optimized for speed, iteration, and learning

• Embedded in MCC Strategy & Operations

THIS ROLE IS NOT

• A long-term AI platform or MLOps role

• A research-only or theory-heavy position

• A large-team engineering role

• A reporting or dashboarding function

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build rapid AI and automation prototypes

• Develop agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, and reasoning patterns

• Experiment with RAG, tool-calling, and orchestration approaches

• Translate incomplete ideas into working proofs of concept

• Surface technical risks, constraints, and limitations early

• Iterate prototypes quickly based on feedback and usage

• Structure experiments for clean handoff if scaled

Required technical and professional expertise

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems

• Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI tooling

• Experience with agentic or orchestration patterns

• Comfort working without fixed specs or architectures

• Proven ability to move quickly from idea to working artifact

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience with vector databases or RAG systems

• Exposure to workflow automation tools

• Familiarity with marketing or GTM use cases
