Johns Hopkins University Tutorial Assistant (KSAS - Summer & Intersession Programs) - #Staff in Baltimore, Maryland
We are seeking a Tutorial Assistant who will support students as needed.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Develop rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
Evaluate and document student progress.
Communicate student progress and concerns to the Site Project Coordinator.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning.
Suggest improvements to course content.
Perform other related duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds
Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
