The onsite Program Management team in Baltimore, MD is looking to add an experienced Project Manager. This position allows for the opportunity to be a major contributor to the growth of one of the busiest hospitals in the world as part of the program management team.

We're looking for a collaborative and driven Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's project site in Baltimore, MD, you'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, project controls, and on-site management of Construction Managers as needed. You’ll provide effective project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management or Architecture
7-12 years of experience working on large building construction projects
Experience with Life Sciences or research laboratory projects
Solid understanding of design and construction principles with the ability to read construction drawings and perform construction administration processes
Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communications skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a critical fast paced environment.
Strong construction contract knowledge and ability to mitigate risk
Knowledge of fast-track project delivery methods such as Construction Manager at Risk with multiple Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendments.
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and online project management systems such as ACC Build, E-Builder, Procore, or PM Web.
Experience with construction project documentation, budgeting, invoicing, RFIs/submittals, change order review and negotiation, scheduling,
Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD full time (Mon-Fri)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Professional Engineering (PE), Registered Architect, and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credentials
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with proficiency in turning data into strategic insights that help our team make informed decisions
Experience working as an Owner’s Representative on large projects with complex teams
An internal drive and ambition to enhance your project management skills, support the team, and deliver successful outcomes to our clients.
