Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and functionality of instruments, fitting new parts, and carrying out quality inspections. You will be expected to respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and fix faults or arrange for replacements as needed. Additionally, you will perform scheduled checks on machinery and parts, oil and clean machinery and parts, and manage immediate responses to machinery breakdowns.
Responsibilities
Check and calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy.
Fit new parts as necessary.
Conduct quality inspections to maintain standards.
Respond immediately to equipment and machinery breakdowns.
Fix faults or arrange for replacements to be installed.
Perform scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
Oil and clean machinery and parts regularly.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in 3-phase, 480V electrical systems.
Experience as a technician, assembly, and changeovers.
Expertise as a controls specialist, conveyors, cst, electrical systems.
Knowledge of feed systems, gearboxes, hydraulics, and maintenance mechanic skills.
Ability to read blueprints and operate PLC systems.
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
Capability to maintain and operate machinery efficiently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
