Johns Hopkins University Laboratory Technician (Simulation/Clinical Labs) - #Staff in Baltimore, Maryland
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician who will performs routine laboratory processes and follows routine protocols under close supervision.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Operate standard equipment.
Use standard procedures for specific laboratory tests and preparation techniques.
Assist with laboratory maintenance, prepare solutions, and order supplies.
Identify and report problems in the completion of routine lab processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or graduation equivalent.
Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some science coursework and/or training certificate from a technical institute.

Starting Salary Range : $15.40 - $23.25 HRLY ($25,000 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
Employee group: Casual / On Call
Schedule : Monday - Friday (As Needed - Up to 15 hrs per week)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
