Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Project Manager in Baltimore, Maryland, to join our team on a contract with the potential for a long-term position. This role is pivotal in streamlining compliance-based operations and optimizing integration efforts to align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR compliance and process improvement, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while driving efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance across all human capital processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of integration projects, ensuring they meet strategic business goals.
• Develop and implement detailed plans for process optimization and compliance audits.
• Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create training materials and documentation to support compliance initiatives and educate team members.
• Provide training and guidance on new systems and processes to ensure seamless adoption.
• Manage credentialing practices, ensuring licenses, certifications, and registrations remain up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration challenges and foster effective communication.
• Lead special projects focused on compliance and process improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Requirements • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, HR Compliance, Quality Improvement, or related fields.
• At least one (1) year of experience working in a healthcare facility or similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and administrative procedures.
• Proven track record in process integration, compliance, and strategy development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Workday.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
