Description
Position Summary:
Our company is seeking a dependable Facilities Assistant to support day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable with hands-on responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Set up meeting rooms and assist with event logistics
· Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services
· Respond to staff requests for facilities support
· Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in facilities support, office maintenance, or related role preferred
· Good communication and organizational skills
