Deloitte Executive and Mission Support Senior Administrator - Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Required - McLean, VA in Baltimore, Maryland

Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:
Provide high-level operational, administrative, and executive support to senior designated leaders by managing the operating rhythm of the office, coordinating cross-stakeholder priorities, and independently resolving day-to-day operational issues
The role requires sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making to triage competing demands, manage leader time, and drive timely execution of business-critical activities
Provide day-to-day guidance to junior administrative staff; review work for quality/consistency, share best practices, and help develop team processes
Lead small administrative/operations improvements impacting multiple leaders/offices
Prioritize requests received by the office or center, resolve conflicts, and recommend tradeoffs aligned to business priorities
Draft and refine executive communications (emails, announcements, briefings) requiring judgement, confidentiality, and appropriate tone
Lead discrete projects/initiatives on behalf of leadership (e.g., event planning, onboarding/offboarding coordination, quarterly planning logistics, cross-team deliverable tracking), including timelines, dependencies, and status reporting
Translate ambiguous requests into clear scope, owners, milestones, and deliverables; proactively identify risks and mitigation options
Design and manage meeting cadences (e.g., leadership syncs, stakeholder touchpoints), including agendas, pre-reads, attendee alignment, and action/decision capture
Serve as an operational hub across multiple stakeholders/offices to manage commitments and ensure they are met; identify blockers early and drives closure through follow-up, escalation, and recommended paths forward
Independently handle sensitive/confidential matters (e.g., personnel-related scheduling, mission/client-sensitive topics) using discretion and appropriate escalation
Maintain and improve office processes and procedures (playbooks, checklists, templates) and recommend process changes to improve speed, quality, and consistency
Anticipate leaderships needs through pattern recognition and proactive recommendations (e.g., capacity constraints, sequencing, communications timing)
Reprioritize calendar requests based on leader priorities and business impact
Select among travel/logistics options within approved policy and budget guardrails
Determine when to escalate issues, proposing recommended solutions, and coordinating execution once direction is confirmed

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
10+ years professional experience in executive and management support
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in McLean, VA
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in professional services environment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $171,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
