Caregiver Associate - Baltimore & Surrounding Areas

Join the Tribute Home Care team as a Caregiver Associate supporting clients in Baltimore and surrounding communities, including areas such as Towson, Timonium, Mays Chapel, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods. This role includes longer in-home visits where consistency, reliability, and strong client relationships make a real difference.

    What this role looks like:

  • Supporting clients in their homes throughout Baltimore and nearby communities

  • Providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily routines

  • Traveling locally to client homes for longer visits

  • Building trust and consistency through dependable, compassionate care

    What we look for:

  • CNA/GNA certification or comparable caregiving experience

  • A genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills

  • CPR certification

  • Negative TB test

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
