Expected salary range of $74,700 to $83,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
This entry level role is a rotational role which means employees will rotate across groups within IT (3 - 8-month rotations) over two years. At the end of the 2-year period and successful completion of the rotation program, employees will be placed into an E02 role within IT. Employees in the role are required to complete all three rotations prior to being placed in an E02 level role.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Independently execute assigned projects and work activities to solve complex business problems, including analyzing requirements, evaluating solutions, designing and developing enhancements, performing testing, and maintaining or improving software applications or IT processes, with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery.
Build and demonstrate IT and business knowledge by actively engaging with business stakeholders throughout rotational assignments and proactively managing ongoing career development.
Maintain and expand technical knowledge and business acumen within assigned rotational areas by continuously seeking technical training and development opportunities.
Engage and participate in required activities and meetings, including engagement sessions, training sessions, and IT meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of PC and Microsoft office applications
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound business judgment, and effectively showcase or apply software capabilities
Ability to solve problems using procedures and guidelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written
Ability to successfully collaborate and work closely with peers in a teamwork environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and relevant IT experience, or 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the degree
Advanced technical skills in engineering, IT and cyber security
