UL, LLC Global Market Access (GMA) Team Leader in Ballerup, Denmark

We now have an exciting opportunity for a GMA Team Leader who will support our Global Market Access team in Ballerup. In this role, you’ll lead a small team of certification specialists and help drive smooth operations, good collaboration, and high-quality certification work. You will play an important role in developing, managing, and tracking plans that will enable the delivery of testing, certification and inspection services at UL Solutions.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily certification activities, supporting your team in technical decision-making, and ensuring that our work meets relevant accreditation requirements. The role focuses on people leadership, operational oversight, and contributing to a positive, forward-looking team culture.
What you’ll do:
Lead and support a team of certification specialists.
Oversee daily certification activities.
Help maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Experience in product certification or the TIC industry.
Good understanding of EU conformity assessment.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Knowledge and experience of ISO/IEC 17065.
Knowledge and experience of ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred.
Fluent communication in English, both in speaking and writing.
Ability to network and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders and lead/facilitate collaboration toward a common goal.
