Position: Machine Operator Production Operator Shifts Available: Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (Rotating schedule work just 14 days a month!) Key Responsibilities: Operate plastic injection molding and extrusion machines in a clean-room environment to produce medical device components. Assemble small to medium-sized precision plastic parts with high attention to detail. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with strict medical standards. Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments as needed. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and cleanliness standards at all times. Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, materials used, and any quality issues. Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in plastics or medical device manufacturing is a plus, but not required we provide full training! Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
