The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday-Thursday 3:15 pm-1:15 am. Role Responsibilities: *Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation. *Package parts and assemblies. *Ensure compliance to prints. *Operate test equipment when required. *Ensure proper documentation with labeling. *Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures. *Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to: *High School Diploma or GED is required *Read blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions. *Perform basic computer and math skills. *Quality conscious *Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees. *Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal. *Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned. *Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance. Preferred Qualifications: *Display mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customized product line *Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment Hourly Pay Range: \$22.78 This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations. This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
