LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE SOCIAL WORKER
EFFECTIVE: Immediately- June 30, 2026 LOCATION: Plaza Elementary School REPORTS TO: Building Administrators, Director of Pupil Services RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and manage mandated counseling cases
Implement and manage school-wide non-mandated counseling groups
Assist with implementation of the school's Social-Emotional Learning Program
Assist with annual review meetings/process
Participate in building-level Response to Intervention meetings
Ability to follow district protocol when reporting to Child Protective Services
Job Qualifications
- Must hold current NYS certification as a Social Worker
