We are looking for a Sr. Business Process Specialist to join our team Nationwide!
Summary -
Provides technical leadership and architectural direction for Pardot operations. Designs scalable, secure, and sustainable platform solutions aligned to organizational strategy.
A typical day will include the following:
Define and govern Pardot platform architecture and standards
Design complex automation, integrations, and data models
Lead technical solution design across initiatives
Evaluate platform impacts, risks, and scalability
Guide and mentor technical team members
Partner with leadership to shape technical roadmap
Ensure long‑term platform health and integrity
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years experience
Pardot Certification, mandatory
National Salary Range: $125,829-140,632
Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
