REQUIREMENTS: * Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license * 2+ years of nursing experience (behavioral health, detox, or med-surg preferred) * Knowledge of ASAM Criteria, detox protocols, and pharmacology * Ability to work effectively with individuals in withdrawal or acute distress * Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills * Ability to pass required background checks PREFERRED: * Experience with co-occurring disorders or residential behavioral health * Familiarity with EHR systems and medication reconciliation * Addiction Nursing certification (CARN) preferred JOB DUTIES: * Conduct nursing admissions and assessments for detox and crisis respite * Monitor client condition, withdrawal symptoms, and medication response * Administer medications safely and maintain accurate MARs * Recognize and respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies * Collaborate with prescribers and behavioral health staff * Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation * Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and handoffs * Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
