WorkSource Oregon Outpatient Addictions Clinical Supervisor & Counselor in BAKER CITY, Oregon
REQUIREMENTS: * CADC II or higher (must meet MHACBO supervision standards) * 3+ years of experience providing addiction treatment services * Experience supervising CADC-R and CADC staff * Strong knowledge of OAR 309-019 outpatient standards * Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills * Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation * Ability to pass required background checks PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Valid driver\'s license preferred JOB DUTIES: * Provide clinical supervision to CADC-R and CADC staff per OAR and MHACBO standards * Document supervision and review clinical records for quality and compliance * Maintain a small caseload providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment * Conduct ASAM and DSM-5\'based assessments * Facilitate individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices * Ensure documentation meets OAR, payer, and audit requirements * Participate in program leadership, quality improvement, and policy development * Collaborate with courts, CCOs, DHS, parole/probation, and community partners * Support staff onboarding, training, and program readiness for audits Employer Note: Make the Move\'We\'ll Help You Get Here We are offering a \$5,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation support for hired candidates.
