Job Description:
Responsable de manejar máquinas de control numérico por ordenador (CNC). Estas máquinas incluyen tornos y fresadoras que producen piezas de metal o plástico para cumplir especificaciones precisas. Su función exige un alto nivel de precisión y atención al detalle en todo el proceso de producción.
Job Requirements:
Operar y mantener máquinas CNC para fabricar piezas según planos y órdenes de trabajo.
Ajustar y calibrar las máquinas para garantizar la precisión del producto final.
Inspeccionar las piezas acabadas para asegurarse de que cumplen las especificaciones requeridas o realizar los ajustes necesarios para corregir los defectos.
Realizar el mantenimiento rutinario de las máquinas para garantizar que estén en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento.
Solucionar problemas y realizar pequeñas reparaciones en la maquinaria en caso de avería.
Observar y cumplir los protocolos de seguridad, así como seguir las normas de control de calidad establecidas.
Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de producción para optimizar los procesos y minimizar los residuos.
Fabricar herramientas de diferentes tipos para procesos en Áreas de Producción.
Brindar servicio, mantenimiento y fabricación de herramientas (Fixtures).
Proveer de herramientas a los departamentos de Producción.
Brinda apoyo a sus compañeros de área cuando así lo amerita la situación o cuando se lo solicitan.
Apoya en el taller de Tool Room en cuestiones de fabricación y reparación de herramientas.
Realiza cualquier otra actividad que su jefe inmediato le solicite.
