About the Role: Intelligent Green Solutions (IGS) is hiring a Field Technician Crew Member to support residential solar installations. This is a hands-on role assisting with equipment setup, solar panel installation, and job site operations. Ideal for candidates with construction or roofing experience looking to grow in the renewable energy field. <p> Responsibilities
<li>Work as part of a 23 person installation crew <li>Assist with solar panel and electrical equipment installation <li>Handle and maintain tools and job site equipment <li>Support quality checks and job site safety <li>Coordinate with project management for daily tasks <p> Requirements
<li>Basic knowledge of construction tools <li>Roofing or framing experience preferred <li>General understanding of electrical and construction work <li>Comfortable using smartphones <li>Experience working on construction or technical crews <li>Valid Class D drivers license <p> Preferred Experience
