CANA ISLAND LIGHT STATION Cana Island Visitor Services Crew in BAILEYS HARBOR, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude; Handle cash and credit card transactions at the Admissions Desk, including admissions, store sales, and guest interactions; Communicate general information and history of Cana Island Light Station and Door County Maritime Museum; Provide excellent customer service; Regularly communicates with management about visitor experiences including their ideas and concerns; Maintains proficiency in the museum\'s Point of Sale computer system; Consistently punctual, dependable, and prepared for scheduled shifts and meetings; Facilitate visitors climbing the lighthouse tower by working at the top and/or bottom of the lighthouse tower; Perform other duties as assigned; ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to correctly and accurately count change, retail/cashiering experience is a plus but not required. Customer Service skills necessary.
