This position is part of the Production in Bad Kreuznach.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Operate machines in series production
Insert parts and/or materials into machines and process them according to specifications from the production documents. Trigger and monitor machine operation. Interrupt machine run in case of malfunctions.
Changing tools / auxiliary tools
Change prepared tools / auxiliary tools according to specifications and make necessary adjustments to operating parameters.
Checking products and intermediate products
Check parts for correct processing, dimensional accuracy and contamination, correct setting data in case of dimensional deviations, make fine adjustments / alignments if necessary, sort out rejects. Record measurement results, machine parameters and rejects in production documents (electronic or conventional). Provide retain samples and specimens according to test plan.
Carry out simple maintenance work
Carry out maintenance and cleaning work according to specifications
The essential requirements of the job include:
Willingness to work 3 shifts
Training or previous experience in the electronic, mechanical or paper technology sector area would be advantageous
German spoken and written
Confident handling of floor and conveyor equipment; forklift driving licence an advantage
To work safely and to comply with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
· Willingness to work mandatory in 3-shifts
· Experience in a production environment
· Primary school certificate
