Fresenius Medical Care Project Manager Digital & AI Strategy (m/f/d) in Bad Homburg, Germany

Minimum salary : 70,000€

Purpose

The Project Manager Digital & AI Strategy is focused on delivering digital transformation and AI-driven solutions across Care Delivery International. The role supports the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy and is responsible for leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver projects from idea to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy by providing strategic market intelligence, collaborating with country teams, corporate functions as well as external players and thoroughly assessing opportunities to guide strategic decisions.

  • Drive measurable impact by leading or supporting projects in a highly effective manner from initiation through successful operational handover and mobilizing teams to deliver on priorities, defined impact and timelines.

  • Ensure performance monitoring, track progress, identify risks or dependencies, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

  • Provide or coordinate relevant analytical insights, structured documentation, synthesized insights and ensure efficient alignment as well as flow of content and information across cross-functional teams.

  • Contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years project management experience in a global environment, preferably consulting experience and understanding of the healthcare services industry

  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)

  • Fluent written and oral language skills in English

  • Readiness for international travel
