For our Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) team in Baar , we are looking for an independent, communicative and positive personality to join us with immediate effect as an Inside Sales Representative
Primary Objective of Position
Selling/promotion/training of Abbott products as Abbott Telesales representative according to the legal conditions and internal guidelines (Code of Conduct)
Achieve or exceed sales targets and targeted market share and promote profitable growth
Major Accountabilities
Remote selling of the ADC portfolio, preparation and implementation of new technologies, implementation of sales and marketing strategies to reach defined sales targets
Project Management and contracting for events and sales
Gaining new customers for the ADC product range, regular customer calls according to defined objectives
Reporting in the CRM system on schedule
Exact fulfillment of administrative tasks according to the guidelines of the department and the management (team-conference calls, e-mail communication, documentations in the CRM system, etc…) on schedule delivery of expenses, active communication with management and team colleagues, sales analyses, definition of sales potential, classification of customers
Planning, organization and execution of device trainings (patients, nurses, doctors)
Implementation of country specific selling projects, adherence to project deadline
Collecting competitor intelligence from the market
Providing service and information to target accounts according to marketing and sales strategies.
Qualification:
Completed school education or equivalent experience
Fluent in German and French and ideally good knowledge of English
Experience as Tele sales / Sales Representative
Certified participation in sales workshops
Experience of working with MS Office
Several years of practical sales experience and/or tele sales experience; understanding of customer requirements
Excellent communication skills
High flexibility and good listener
