Honeywell Sr Advanced Software Engr in Azcapotzalco, Mexico
As a Sr Advanced Software Engr here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced software engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring the successful execution of software development activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all software engineering requirements are met.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our software engineering operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to resolve complex technical issues, and driving improvements in our software development processes.

Design, develop, and test software applications using industry best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions
Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure the stability and performance of applications
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of software code
Stay uptodate with the latest software development trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science or related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience with 5-7 years’ experience in in Mobile Software Development
Software programming experience
7 years of software engineering experience
Experience with software development tools, version control systems and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
Proficient understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Proficient in C or C Plus
Advance English level
