What You?ll Do -Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or website inquires Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing three tier bulk customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction -Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead follow-up. Work with sales operations/marketing personnel to source leads. -Collaborate with the Bulk Division Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders using HubSpot CRM software. -Provide pricing, availability, and technical product information to customers. -Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency refer to customer service department when necessary. -Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and Catania?s product portfolio -Support logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of bulk orders Requirements, What You Bring: -Bachelor?s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred -0-2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in foodservice, manufacturing, or B2B environments -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively -Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach -Knowledge of edible oils or food ingredients is a plus Why Catania Oils? -Be part of a company that values teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement -Work in a culture that blends tradition with innovation -Make a real impact in a company that?s committed to sustainability and quality. -We offer competitive pay and benefits. *Catania Oils is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Description \$25-\$28/hour*
