BENCHTOP ASSEMBLY WORKER: (\$17/HR) *openings for 1-2, or possibly 3 assemblers, (day or afternoon shifts, part-time or full-time. OX3 is seeking equipment operators for the processing of semiconductors. Position offers an excellent opportunity to enter the hi-tech electronics industry. Packaging of electronic semiconductors in a clean, light-industrial environment. Trained in ESD and EIA procedures and all internal forms and procedures. Versed in work instructions, machine setups, and ISO-9001-2015 requirements. 2. Production: Monitor and improve throughput and productivity. Keep a clean workstation. Run post-production tests. Return materials to cart. Experience Requirements: One to five years of similar work in a related field. Skills Required: Good manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Training in electronics assembly and ESD technologies. Familiarity with EIA standards a plus. Will be certified in surface mount taping and reeling. Education Requirements: High school diploma is required. We are seeking an experienced bench-top assembler in Devens, MA. This role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures. 1st Shift 7:30am-3:30pm Payrate \$17.00/hr Key Responsibilities: -Perform precision bench-top assembly of surface mount electronic device packages and semiconductor components. -Handle and package delicate electronic parts in accordance with ESD-safe handling procedures and internal company guidelines. -Follow detailed work instructions, assembly documentation, and engineering specifications to ensure consistent product quality. -Set up and operate assembly equipment used in the packaging, taping, and reeling of semiconductor components. -Prepare components for final packaging including surface mount taping and reeling processes. -Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, materials used, and completed work orders. -Ensure all assembly work meets industry and company quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015 requirements and applicable EIA standards. Qualifications: -Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision component handling and assembly. -Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and standardized procedures. -Basic understanding of electronic component handling and assembly techniques. -Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices and ESD-controlled work environments. -Knowledge of EIA (Electronic Industries Alliance) standards is a plus. -Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn assembly equipment setup and operation. -High School Diploma -Ability to maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive assembly tasks.
