About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a G&A Allocations Analyst . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
General Accounting focusing on Upstream Business:
Perform end-to-end general ledger activities, including balance sheet account analysis and reconciliations (prepayments, deferred credits, accruals, and suspense accounts), ensuring timely identification and resolution of reconciling items.
Prepare, review, and post a wide range of journal entries (recurring, accrual, allocation, residual clearing, and adjusting) and actively support month-end and period-end close to deliver accurate and timely financial results.
Perform variance analysis and develop reports and insights—working closely with Business Planning & Forecasting (BPF)—to support financial accuracy, root-cause analysis, and G&A cost reviews.
Analyze and allocate G&A costs across departments or projects, including monitoring time-writing compliance, to ensure fair, accurate, and well-supported cost allocation.
Collaborate closely with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional partners to gather allocation drivers (e.g., time-writing profiles, cost center and FTE movements) and resolve end-to-end accounting and reporting issues.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies, SOX controls, documentation standards, and reconciliation timelines, maintaining a strong control and compliance mindset.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by helping simplify, standardize, and automate accounting and offshored finance processes.
Progress efforts on current challenges, initiatives and Ad hoc projects

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or management accounting
Minimum of five (5) years overall work experience in finance, accounting or auditing
Good English oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills
Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment
