The Chemical Operator for PMC will be producing and packaging Tin Tet, Butyl and Octyl production in the 100/200 units. They will need to troubleshoot to correct and problems with in the work area. This is a shift position with some nights and weekends required. Activities include:
Monitor the process in the Control Room from the DCS
Perform field checks and operations in the field
Follow production recipes, procedures, and MOCs to safely manufacture quality products
Troubleshoot to correct problems within their work area
Unload raw materials from incoming sources
Prepare finished goods for shipment to customer
Accurately report on process outcomes and clearly enter manual data
Monitor wastwater
report all deviations to manager
The successful candidate will have:
3+ years of manufacturing experience
1+ year of experience in chemical manufacturing facility, strongly preferred
High school diploma
Mechanical aptitude
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Team player who can perform multiple tasks at one time
Strong communication skills and ability to work with others
Accuracy in reporting
