Job Title: Machine Operator (Full-Time)\ Location: Tempe, AZ\ Pay: \$21.00 \$25.00 per hour
Job Summary:\ We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating fabrication equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This role involves using computerized systems and tools to meet production goals and support continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate computerized manufacturing and fabrication equipment to meet production and customer requirements.\ Perform machine setup and ensure all safety devices are functional according to production documentation.\ Position materials and tooling, maintaining proper dimensions per print specifications.\ Operate, adjust, and program equipment, including controllers, in line with production instructions.\ Meet established performance goals and production schedules.\ Ensure products and systems meet CADDY quality standards.\ Inspect work for accuracy and dimensional compliance.\ Perform routine preventive maintenance and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.\ Report equipment, material, or operational problems to the appropriate personnel.\ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support team collaboration.\ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\ Perform additional duties as assigned.\ Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of prior machine operating experience required.\ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division\ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.\ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment (e.g., tape measure, calipers).\ Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting or repair experience preferred.\ Ability to lift, slide, and maneuver heavy material gauges.\ Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.\ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 2050 lbs.\ Ability to push 1250 lbs.\ Must be able to stand for extended periods.\ Occasional sitting, kneeling, crouching, or stooping may be required.

1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM\ 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM\ 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM 6:00 AM
