Part-time Maintenance Technician - Job Posting
Location: Avon, Ohio
Age Requirement: 18 years old
Lifting Required: 50 lbs.
Hours: Part-time 20 hours per week 9:00 a.m. -- 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Salary: $21.50 - $28.00 based on experience

Description of duties: General Maintenance for the common areas in a 352-unit Homeowners Association, to include the Clubhouse and Information Center located in Avon, Ohio. Duties include building mailbox posts; installation and/or repair of mailboxes; painting; gutter repair and cleaning; trash pickup; light bulb replacement; tree limbing; and other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Ability to use power tools; ability to complete work independently; reliable transportation; familiar with driving a golf cart; must have a professional attitude.
