Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Problem Solver / Inventory Control Associate to join our team in Avon, IN. As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, including missing, damaged, mis-sorted, or incorrect items, in order to ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will utilize warehouse software and data analysis to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively address inventory discrepancies by investigating order defects, ASIN mismatches, shorted containers, and problematic units using internal systems and root-cause analysis.

  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve inventory and process issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Utilize warehouse software to track inventory movement, conduct audits, and make necessary adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of inventory concerns.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize errors and improve overall efficiency.

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.

  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment or inventory control role is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Schedule

Wednesday- Saturday, with part-time hours on Saturday & Sunday Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay

Starting at $18.50 per hour
