Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate/Freight Handler to join our team in Avon, Indiana. The primary shift for this role is on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with overtime requirements. The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.50.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently handle freight within the warehouse.
Load and unload materials from vehicles and containers.
Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
