Traffic Regulators is looking to hire responsible, dedicated, and observant individuals to direct the flow of traffic around a road construction site. Training is offered to all employees to maintain our high safety standards and the knowledge needed to ensure regulations and procedures are properly carried out.

As a Traffic Control professional, you will be responsible for:
- Strong and clear communications with other flaggers on the job site, Equipment Manager and Scheduling Supervisor.
- Direct traffic and emergency vehicles safely through construction zones using the correct signs and control signaling device.
- Continuously keep pedestrians, motorists, contractors, and yourself safe in the work zone.
- Warn workers when an approaching vehicle fails to obey signals/ instructions.
- Perform before-trip and after-trip vehicle & equipment inspections and count.
- Drive and maintain clean/organized vehicles/equipment, uniforms cannot be dirty, ripped or torn.
- Report all mechanical issues with the vehicles or equipment.
- Report to jobs with protective PPE uniform, radios, paddle, hard hat and work boots.
- Perform safety inspections
- Adhere to safety and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must have a positive, safety conscience attitude.
- Valid PA driver's license with acceptable driving history.
- Reliable vehicle transportation with proof of registration.
- Must have an operational and reliable cell phone to receive job communications.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available and ready to respond quickly to job notifications.
- Must stand for extended periods of time in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to understand and take directions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours (Nights, Weekends and Holidays)
- Negative drug test.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
