The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership within an aerospace organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and technically complex environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, ensuring executives can focus on mission-critical objectives, program execution, and stakeholder engagement

Candidate skills & requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in aerospace, defense, engineering, or other highly regulated industries.

Strong understanding of corporate operations within technical or manufacturing environments.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
