Job description
Design and develop aircraft interior electrical systems, including but not limited to: lighting, power distribution, control systems, and interface wiring for products such as galleys, lavatories, overhead bins, and cabin panels used in commercial and private aircraft. Utilize computer-aided design tools and work closely with cross-functional teams to support the integration of electrical systems into interior structures, considering safety regulations, weight constraints, certification requirements, and manufacturability.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Windows® and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Working knowledge of electrical CAD tools (e.g., Zuken, Mentor Capital Harness, or CATIA EHI) is preferred.
· Familiarity with CATIA V5, SmarTeam (PLM), and AutoCAD is beneficial.
Candidate skills & requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, OR
· 2-Year Technical Degree with 2–3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
Experience:
· Minimum 3 years in electrical design, preferably in aerospace or transportation industry.
· Solid understanding of electrical design principles, wiring integration, and system interfaces.
· Ability to identify root causes and develop corrective solutions for electrical issues.
· Experience with schematic capture tools, wire routing in 3D CAD, and understanding of EMI/EMC practices.
· Knowledge of aircraft electrical standards (such as ARINC, DO-160, or FARs) preferred.
