5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or related roles
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
Proven experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Master's degree (MBA or related field)Six Sigma Black Belt certification
