Generate Import/Export invoices, packing list, import operations and customs clearance, disposal of obsolete, expired material and customs rule eight, tariff classifications, contact with customs agents and carriers
Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.
Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.
Process and upload raw material import reports, including processing CCI data to create packing lists, generate import invoices, and receive merchandise inventory from the export planning department to manage export shipments by plant according to the daily schedule.
Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.

Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of the job.
Link invoices to the customs declaration in the system for approval upon shipment.
Track the loading and delivery of customs clearance documents to customs brokers, compiling physical and digital clearance information to request the customs broker's code and shipper information from Customs.
Track the proof of delivery (POD) with the carrier, collecting original documentation such as the modular shipping document, waybill, shipper's information, and loading sheet from the warehouse to verify delivery to the customer and process sales payments.
Perform other duties inherent to the position as needed by the company to meet established organizational goals.

Perfil solicitado
EDUCATION
- University Degree in Foreign Trade and Customs.
ENGLISH LEVEL
- Intermediate English.
EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Basic-intermediate computer skills.
OTHER SKILLS
Logistics knowledge.
