Job description
Manages plans, guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure the achievement of quality
targets.
• Manages implementation of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is
continuously improving.
• Manages quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor
Quality (COPQ) and escapes.
• Manages the collection and analysis of quality information from multiple sources for use in
developing long-term quality strategy and programs.
• Manages production process analyses, ensuring quality standards are met and making
recommendations for quality improvement.

Candidate skills & requirements
Education: Professional degree in Engineering. Mechatronic, Electronic or Mechanic preferably.
Experience: Mandatory experience in QMS (AS9100), Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis) and Lean
Six Sigma projects/tools. Preferably experience in regulatory certifications (FAA/EASA, others).
Certifications: Green belt or Black belt (preferably).
Languages: English (Mandatory), French (desired)
Additional Requirements: Visa and availability to travel
Job Knowledge:
• Familiarity with GD&T.
• Familiarity with Minitab, Microsoft projects, Power BI, ALM (JIRA) software's
• Experience on process improvement and lean six sigma tools
• SAP proficiency
