Be the Bridge: Serve as a highly organized coordination point between employees, insurance adjusters, leave management and departmental HR. Youll provide clear, compassionate guidance regarding first report of injury and any requisite actions (return to work and light duty coordination, leave election forms, treatment locations, claim guidance, etc.).Drive Engagement: Lead, support and facilitate training sessions regarding WCI and empower departmental HR with educational tools to help demystify WCI and empower employees to make informed decisions.Champion Innovation: Use technology like DocuSign and ServiceNow and other systems to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.Deliver Insight: Prepare reports and HR analytics that audit for compliance, track customer data and enhance our programs.
