Peak Performers Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor in Austin, Texas

Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas Insurance Company to assist in their search for a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor in Austin, Tx. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the daily operations of claims processing.

Major Duties

  • Supervise and monitor the daily operations of claim processing in accordance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act, rules of the DWC, and internal procedures.

  • Provide guidance to staff regarding claim handling and desired outcomes.

  • Recruit, retain, coach and mentor employees.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of division goals and objectives, policies, standards, procedures and budgets.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster's license.

  • Workers Compensation experience in the range of four to six years (Texas preferred).

  • Previous management experience highly preferred.

  • Action oriented individual who can empower their team members.

  • Rate: $99,985.50-123.511.50/year with annual bonus opportunity

  • Worksite Location: Austin Tx Office 4-6 times per month
