:Data Management and Operations (45%):Coordinate and support data collection, processing, validation, and archival activities across multiple initiatives. Maintain structured datasets and databases, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and support the preparation of datasets for reporting, analysis, and long-term access.Survey Administration and Reporting (15%):Administer recurring and ad hoc surveys for internal and external stakeholders, including coordinating distribution, monitoring participation, compiling results, and preparing aggregate datasets and summary reports to support program assessment and decision-making.Database Administration and Systems Support (15%):Manage and maintain enterprise database systems to support organizational initiatives, including contact management, alumni engagement, employment tracking, and program reporting. Provide functional support for reporting and dashboards, ensure data readiness, and offer technical guidance and training to users.Data Analysis and Research Support (10%):Provide data evaluation and research support for strategic initiatives by conducting routine analyses, managing research-related datasets, organizing stakeholder and site information, and maintaining data resources to support program goals and external collaborations.Program and Partner Data Support (10%):Support data entry, processing, quality control, and reporting needs for state and grant-funded initiatives. Serve as a point of contact for external partners during scheduled data collection cycles, offering coordination, technical assistance, and follow-up to support timely and complete submissions.Organizational Collaboration and Professional Engagement (5%):Collaborate across teams to support operational and programmatic activities, participate in meetings and events as needed, adhere to institutional policies and guidelines, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
