Responsibilities
Assist with testing, inspections, and facility rounds to ensure optimal performance of critical systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and support scheduling of maintenance activities.
Respond promptly to emergencies and customer concerns, minimizing downtime.
Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and local codes and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of sensitive equipment.
Prepare timely reports and communicate effectively using Microsoft Office tools.
Escort subcontractors and ensure adherence to critical facility work rules.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Valid, unexpired driver’s license
Journeyman HVAC license (state, county, or city jurisdiction)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC technician
